Have you ever wondered why you sleep next to your bed with your smartphone? It gives you some comfort to know your phone is there, so anyone, anywhere in the world can disturb your sleep disruption, critical moment, you spend to revitalize and recharge the battery? To me it feels like you to, if not control all of your sleep every night. Give ourselves to do what you should do, when you go to bed every night, rest, recharge your batteries. Concept of operations:
Plan your day, the first night. Spend about ten minutes of your day end, to develop a simple plan, which will let you know what you need to realize the next day. This simple process, let your brain turn off, sleep and rest, and give you a head start the next morning.

Spend the first five to ten minutes to refine your daily schedule. Sure you have your schedule time for your three most important priorities. Make sure you plan at the time of day to meet your future. This is one of at least 30 minutes every day, where you input the time of your life, where you create the future you want to live in the period of the investment.
Once you have control of your day, your needs, your primary task, and now you can open your e-mail and reading messages.
